Steven is awesome! He made the entire process feel very personal yet professional. He asked the right questions on day 1 to understand exactly what we were looking for, and then had a variety of places to show us in different areas. It was very easy to talk and work with him. He fit us in whenever we were available to do a showing and always made sure to tell us everything about the places so there were no open questions. We have a large dog so we needed a rental property that would allow dogs up to 50 pounds, which is very rare in the Miami area…so I am very thankful for and impressed by the efforts he put in to contact the properties and owners before even showing us the places to make sure it would be a reliable option.
